Curull is a young red wine from Catalonia, composed of a blend of various red grape varieties available at Vinyas. The grapes ferment in a 'tank' made of the stones found in the vineyard. During the three-week fermentation period, 25% of the grapes are destemmed. Following fermentation, the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks for an additional 9 months before being bottled as pure and unfiltered as possible, without the addition of sulfur.
