Grapes hand-harvested, 40% macerate with skins and stems for 10 days, 60% with skins for 4 days, then pressed and fermented sans skins. Native yeast orchestrates a 88% stainless steel dance, while 12% grooves in French oak barrels. It's winemaking wizardry in a nutshell.
